1. Order processing times: 3-5 business days from the date you place the order.

2. Shipping costs varies depending on the volume, weight and value of contents.

3. Domestic and international shipping options - Canadapost for most items unless the client prefers a different shipping option and covers the additional costs.

4. Potential service interruptions. We are not responsible for any service interruptions incurred by the shipping carriers due to weather, lost items, etc. 

5. For large items from various vendors, we might use their preferred shipping methods.

6. FREE local pick up in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
